About AI Visibility

What it is

AI Visibility shows how your brand appears in AI assistants’ answers. Every day the system puts the questions your customers ask to ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, and records whether your brand is named, whether it’s recommended, which competitors are named instead of you, which websites the answer relies on and what AI gets wrong about you.

It’s a hybrid of two things:

• a SaaS platform for daily monitoring, with a dashboard, metrics and an action plan;
• IWIS agency services for implementation: content, website pages, presence in the right lists and media, reviews.

It isn’t a bespoke enterprise project, nor is it pure outsourcing. You can use the platform on your own or hand part of the work over to the team.

How it works

1. Questions. Monitoring is built on the questions your customers actually ask. They’re asked in your customers’ language and as if from their city or country.
2. Sources. Every day the questions go to ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode.
3. Metrics. Share of voice, mention rate, recommendation rate, citations of your website. Every figure opens up to the actual AI answers and their sources. Answers change from day to day, so trends are measured over a week and a month.
4. Action plan. A prioritised list of steps with evidence: which lists and media to get into, what to correct, which page to create, where to collect reviews.
5. Before and after. You mark a step as done and see what has changed in the same daily answers.

If you like, you can connect Google Search Console with read-only access — then impressions, clicks and queries from regular Google appear alongside the AI answers.

All you need to start is your website address. Setup takes up to one working day.

What AI Visibility doesn’t do

• It doesn’t guarantee results. No service can guarantee that AI will recommend a brand. We measure and show what changes.
• It doesn’t need access to your website or analytics.
